Sales Strategy and Execution Develop and implement effective sales strategies for both B2B (Business-to-Business) and B2C (Business-to-Consumer) segments. Identify and target potential clients/customers, build relationships, and convert leads into sales. Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. 2. Team Management Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team to meet business objectives. Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement strategies for improvement. 3. Business Development Identify new market opportunities and emerging trends in the B2B and B2C sectors. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop tailored solutions for diverse customer needs. 4. Client Relationship Management Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
