Key Responsibilities


Business Development

  • Identify and target new B2B customers in industries like construction, infrastructure, automotive, engineering, etc.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calls, industry events, and referrals.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations to potential clients.

Sales & Negotiation

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers.
  • Ensure timely order finalization and payment collection.

Account Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Provide product support, technical assistance, and after-sales service.
  • Regularly update clients about new products, offers, and market trends.

Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Share market insights with management for strategic decision-making.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order delivery and invoicing.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports to management.
