Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and target new B2B customers in industries like construction, infrastructure, automotive, engineering, etc.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calls, industry events, and referrals.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations to potential clients.
Sales & Negotiation
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers.
- Ensure timely order finalization and payment collection.
Account Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Provide product support, technical assistance, and after-sales service.
- Regularly update clients about new products, offers, and market trends.
Market & Competitor Analysis
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Share market insights with management for strategic decision-making.
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order delivery and invoicing.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports to management.
