Job Description:

Creastate Infrastructure Pvt Ltd is hiring Sales Manager to join our team in Patna. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our well-developed plots. As a Sales Manager, you will work collaboratively within a team or individually and report directly to the Team Leader. Your primary goal will be to achieve sales targets by engaging potential buyers, conducting site visits, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of well-developed plots in Patna.
• Organize and conduct site visits for prospective clients.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals.
• Report sales activities to your Team Leader.
• Conduct market research to identify potential buyers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in real estate sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Results-oriented with a strong track record of meeting sales targets.
• Knowledge of the Patna real estate market is a plus.
