Job Description
- Supervise and support on-site sales executives to meet individual and team targets.
- Monitor and track daily walk-ins, site visits, lead follow-ups, and customer engagement.
- Train and coach the sales team on project features, customer handling, and closing
- Collaborate with marketing to improve lead generation and conversions.
- Submit weekly sales performance, inventory, and customer feedback reports.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the booking and onboarding
- Coordinate with CRM, legal, and finance teams for smooth post-sales operations.
- Build strong relationships with brokers and external channel partners.Candidate Requirements
- 5+ years of real estate sales experience, with 7 years in a leadership role.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to close high-value deals and manage a team.
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market and buyer expectations.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Excel, and digital lead tracking platforms
