Responsibilities

• Build and implement strategies for sales growth and lead conversion
• Coordinate and support team during site visits, follow-ups, and closures
• Assist in converting walk-ins and warm leads into closures
• Maintain and update CRM (Sell.do) and internal reporting sheets
• Serve as the key communicator between sales and marketing teams
• Track leads, ensure timely follow-ups, and push for conversion
• Ensure accurate data entry and documentation across all tools

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales/management
• Strong communication skills in Telugu, Hindi & English
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Sell.do
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Result-oriented, team-driven, with leadership and coordination skills
• Must be organized and a fast executor in a fast-paced sales setup
