Sales Manager CAPITALIST YARD INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of sales performance and operations at a mandate project.
• Drive lead generation, follow-ups, site visits, and deal closures.
• Coordinate with developers, marketing teams, and internal stakeholders for inventory, pricing, and campaigns.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and ensure accurate forecasting.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience from first touchpoint to post-sale support.Travel to project sites and client locations as needed across North & East Bangalore.
• Ensure process compliance and maintain CRM hygiene across the team.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field.
• 2 to 4+ years of experience in real estate sales.
• Strong knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market, especially North.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently to project sites and client meetings.
