Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership and Management:
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise salon staff, including hairstylists, estheticians, receptionists, and other personnel.
- Provide feedback, and support to team members to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, creativity, and excellence in customer service.
- Customer Service Excellence:
- Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

- Implement customer service initiatives and strategies to enhance the salon's reputation and attract new clientele.
- Operations Management:
- Oversee daily salon operations, including appointment scheduling, client flow management, and service quality control.
- Monitor inventory levels of salon products and supplies, placing orders as needed to ensure adequate stock and minimize waste.
- Implement and enforce salon policies and procedures related to safety, sanitation, and client confidentiality.
- Financial Performance:
- Develop and manage salon budgets, forecasting revenue and expenses to optimize profitability.
- Track key performance metrics, such as sales, service utilization, and client retention, and take corrective actions as needed to meet or exceed targets.
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings, implementing strategies to maximize salon profitability.
- Marketing and Promotion:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns, special events, and loyalty programs to attract and retain clients.
- Utilize social media platforms and other marketing channels to engage with current and prospective clients, showcasing salon services and specials.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in salon management (preferably) or a similar role in any other industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
