Position: (Insurance / BFSI Direct Sales)

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through on-ground activities in designated areas

Convert leads into insurance policy sales or premium acquisitions

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Build strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction

Report daily field activities to the reporting manager

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 1 year of field sales experience in BFSI industry (insurance, credit cards, loans, CASA, etc.)

Must have spent at least 1 year with current employer

Must be a local resident of the hiring city

Must have earned at least one RNR award or achieved 3 times incentive targets

Male candidates preferred due to field-intensive nature of the role
