- Manage and guide the sales team to meet targets
- Handle walk-in and online inquiries and convert them into admissions
- Train new sales executives and monitor their performance
- Plan and execute lead follow-up strategies
- Prepare daily, weekly & monthly sales reports
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations team
- Ensure quality customer service and lead management
