Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting the customer service standards and ensuring that the SOPs related to the department are followed. You will be required to generate data in a timely manner and create store reports. Additionally, you will need to handle DC & DSD GRN, follow up on sales enquiries, and work on improving checkout productivity. You will also be tasked with coordinating with the customer service desk for query resolution and ensuring that store level promotions are communicated effectively. It is crucial to focus on ensuring profitability and effectively managing the team. This is a full-time position based in Thrissur, Kerala, with day shift hours. The candidate should have the ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work. Preferred qualifications include a Higher Secondary (12th Pass) education and at least 5 years of experience in consumer durables and home appliances.
