The role of a Sales Manager involves leading and managing a team to achieve set sales and customer satisfaction targets for the department. Your duties and responsibilities will include ensuring that all targets are met according to the plan, motivating and guiding the team, and ensuring that all customers have a positive experience at the dealership. Additionally, you will be responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction scores such as SSI, RDI, and other related metrics. You should be proficient in analyzing reports, familiar with DMS, possess strong negotiation skills, and have the ability to facilitate vehicle exchanges.
