Job Description
Someone with 4-5 years of experience in handling clients in construction chemicals industry.
Detailed JD as follows -
- Leading & Motivating the Sales Executives.
- Develop & implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
- Defining the Route Plan for the Sales Executives & implementing the same.
- Visiting the Project Sites / Retail counters / prospective clients individually / with the Sales Executives.
- Tracking on the Sales made by each Sales executive and getting the same increase.
- Can resolve the issues of the Sales Executive.
- Analyse the reports
- Building strong Customer relationships.
