Job Description

JD:  Sales Manager High-End luxury consumer AV product.

  • Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
  • Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with dealers, system integrators, AV consultants, Architects, Interior Designers, high-net-worth clients /notable professionals/high profile individuals.
  • Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
  • Identify new market potential and regions.
  • Oversee in-store events and promotions.
  • Collaborate with marketing for effective promotional strategies.
  • Lead negotiations for high-ticket AV projects/ sales to dealer, collaborating closely with B2B and B2C consumers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Exhibit finesse and acumen in closing significant sales, contributing to revenue growth and market dominance.
  • Provide exemplary customer service, addressing clients needs, and ensuring lasting satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Pre-sales.
