Job Title: Sales Manager Trading Division

Department: Sales & Business Development

Job Purpose:
The Sales Manager Trading Division will lead and manage the trading sales team to achieve business targets. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in industrial or commercial trading, with a strong ability to manage a team, develop sales strategies, and drive growth. Knowledge in MEP, Equipment Rental, and Civil Works will be considered an added advantage.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience in Trading, with at least 2 years in a team management or leadership role.
• Strong market knowledge and client network in Oman/GCC, especially in trading of industrial or construction-related products.
• Proven experience in leading sales teams, setting targets, and achieving results.
• Knowledge of MEP, Equipment Rental, and Civil sectors is a plus.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Valid Omani/GCC driving license preferred.
• Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is an advantage.

Salary : OMR 400 500 + Sales Incentives + Benefits
