Job Description
We are hiring Manager Sales for our Glass Lined Business to be based in Bengaluru. Primary responsibilities: Strengthen the existing relationship and explore new customers for AOP numbers at profitable margins. Achieve Sales Nos for the territory Study competition, identify emerging markets and generate business plans Establish strong inroads inside Customer organization and providing info for being aligned with their KPI Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales pitch, price negotiations Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization Strong business sense and industry expertise Coordinate with factory on delivery and documentation post order Secondary responsibility: Act as a single point of information or all businesses and help to capitalize on One GMM Culture Education Qualifications : B.E / B.Tech-Mech/Chemical ( mandatory) & MBA preferred Years of experience : Around 12 - 15years,
