Job Description
The Area Sales Manager (ASM) will be responsible for driving sales growth in the assigned territory by managing a team of Sales Executives, ensuring effective distribution, and expanding market penetration for AVN Ayurveda Formulations. You will work closely with retailers, distributors, Ayurvedic doctors, and wellness practitioners to achieve sales targets. Your role will involve leveraging your strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to lead the team towards success. Key Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Business, Ayurveda, Pharmacy, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in Ayurveda, Herbal, Pharma, or FMCG sales. - Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. - Ability to manage teams and work in a target-driven environment. - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
