With a rich history of assisting more than 1.8 lakh customers in property transactions and investment opportunities over the last 18 years, the company offers a wide range of services such as property advisory, home loan assistance, Vastu consultancy, and investment strategy planning. Your primary responsibilities will include managing and leading the sales team, crafting effective sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. You will be expected to conduct training sessions, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain robust client relationships to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business. Active involvement in sales activities, client meetings, and consistently enhancing team performance are crucial aspects of the role.
