We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Project Sales Executive to join our team. Job Responsibilities: Sales Activities: Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, follow-ups, and field visits. Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to promote GSC Glasss products and services. Project Management: Understand customer requirements and work closely with the project team to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects. Field Work: Regular visits to client sites to assess requirements and provide solutions. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets set for the region. Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services offered by GSC Glass and present them effectively to clients. Negotiations & Proposals: Handle pricing negotiations and prepare detailed sales proposals, including project timelines and deliverables. Requirements: Experience: Proven experience in sales (preferably in mechanical engineering or related industries). Education: A background in Mechanical Engineering is preferred but not mandatory. Field Experience: Must be comfortable with field visits to clients for project-related discussions. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages. Vehicle Requirement: A two-wheeler is mandatory for fieldwork. Compensation: Petrol allowance and other convenience expenses will be provided. Skills & Competencies: Self-motivated and target-driven. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good understanding of sales processes and project management.
