Job Title: Sales Executive (Stainless & Steel Sales) Location: Taloja Salary: 3 - 4LPA Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Revenue Growth o Achieve sales targets and generate new business opportunities. o Take customer orders, process inquiries, and ensure excellent after-sales service. 2. Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis o Monitor market trends, analyze competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities. o Evaluate vendors and assist in sourcing raw materials when required. 3. Client Relationship Management o Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. o Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns proactively. 4. Strategic Planning & Business Expansion o Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets. o Work closely with management to align sales goals with business objectives. 5. Communication & Reporting o Provide regular feedback to management on market trends and customer needs. o Maintain accurate sales records and submit quarterly sales reports. 6. Coordination & Delivery Management o Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely order processing and deliveries. o Collaborate with production and logistics teams to streamline operations. Requirements: Education: Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: 1-3 years in steel sales or a related industry. Skills: Strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and relationship management. Technical: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
