Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Development of company's products and enhancement of sales through various marketing
initiatives/drives, target achievement of secondary & tertiary sales.
2. Driving Marketing Initiatives like- Counter meet, user meet, Electricians Meet etc.
3. Business development through market visit at Retailers/End Users/site & user Development of Key
Outlets
4. End Users' Development through trainings as well as product application trials.
5. Influencers connect on product specifications
6. Assistance to Sales team/Retailers/End Users etc. for solving market related issues like- product,
product quality and application at user and site level.
7. Connecting with key retailers for working on their users development.
8. Driving focus product sales at key retailers.
9. Joint working with sales officers to identify the concern areas and take corrective action for
development on market development areas.
10. Launching of products: Driving of end user connect program.
11. Promotion of new products/applications as per new product launch module
12. Providing market & users feedback of new launches
13. To generate market intelligence and track competitors' activity.
