Job Title: Sales Executive- Real Estate Department: Sales Reporting To: Sales Manager / Director Employment Type: Full-Ti me Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive Sales Executive to manage lead generation, client engagement, and overall sales support. The ideal candidate will maintain our CRM, conduct presentations, and ensure an exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Management: Maintain and track daily leads in the ERP system with detailed notes; source new opportunities via cold calls, networking, and social media; represent the company at exhibitions and conferences 2. Client Engagement: Respond promptly to inquiries; schedule and conduct site visits; welcome clients and ensure customer delight; perform market research to uncover new selling possibilities; lead client meetings to assess needs 3. Project Presentations: Identify client requirements and deliver tailored presentations; conduct site or sample-flat tours; document follow-up cycle progress 4. CRM Data Entry & Reporting: Enter lead details and updates in ERP daily with comprehensive descriptions; prepare regular sales and financial reports 5. Sales Collateral & Inventory: Ensure availability and upkeep of brochures, leaflets, and demo tools; maintain a clean, inviting sales office and sample flats 6. Follow-Up Management: Execute timely follow-upssend reminders before meetings and maintain the follow-up cycle 7. Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with technical, marketing, and planning teams to provide clients with accurate information and facilitate seamless project delivery 8. Channel Partner Relations: Build and sustain strong relationships with channel partners; gather and relay partner and customer feedback promptly Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in any discipline (graduation is mandatory) 1+ years of sales process experience (real estate background preferred) Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to identify and resolve client grievances with a consultative approach Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP/CRM systems is a plus,
