As a Sales Representative in our B2B Channel Sales team based in Bangalore, your primary focus will be on building and nurturing relationships with existing customers. You will be responsible for maintaining detailed records of all sales leads and customer accounts, ensuring that our brand is represented positively in all customer interactions. Your role will involve educating customers on how our products or services can meet their needs, staying informed about the competition, new products, and market trends, and following up on business leads and referrals. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to conduct presentations and product demonstrations. The ideal candidate for this role will be a critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with self-motivation and a drive to succeed.
