Kripa Home Solutions is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling sales, engaging with customers, and driving business growth in the sanitary, plumbing, electrical, paint, and modular kitchen sectors. Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential customers to generate sales. Provide detailed product knowledge and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry professionals. Handle inquiries, negotiate pricing, and close deals efficiently. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer satisfaction. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in sales (preferably in home solutions, sanitary, plumbing, or interior products). Education: Graduate or equivalent qualification in business, marketing, or a related field. Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Self-motivated with a target-driven approach. Basic computer and CRM knowledge is a plus. Language: Fluency in Malayalam; English proficiency is an added advantage. License: A valid driving license and a two-wheeler is preferred.
