Job Description
As a Sales Development professional, you will be responsible for conducting client consultations, delivering technical presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and performing market research and analysis. Additionally, you will be involved in solution design to meet the needs of our clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Customer Relationship Management and be skilled in project coordination. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field is required for this role. To be successful in this position, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in HVAC/AC sales. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential, along with being self-motivated, extraverted, tactful, organized, and results-oriented. Proficiency in computer applications and office products is necessary. You should possess great interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders both within and outside the company, including management, sales, purchasing, accounting, and field personnel, as well as vendors, customers, and subcontractors. This is a full-time position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement. The schedule is on a day shift basis. Please note that the job location is in Nagpur, Maharashtra, and candidates should be willing to commute or relocate before starting work.
