Sales Executive Export
Department: Sales & Marketing
Responsibilities:
- Develop new export markets for color dyes (textile, etc.).
- Manage relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and agents.
- Handle inquiries, negotiate pricing, and prepare quotations.
- Ensure compliance with export documentation and shipping.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and QA/QC teams.
- Attend trade fairs and meetings to generate leads.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity.
- Maintain comprehensive sales records.
- Ensure timely payments and resolve disputes.
- Prepare MIS reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations and export documentation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of global dye markets and applications.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Competency in CRM, ERP, and MS Office tools.
