Sales Executive Export

Department: Sales & Marketing

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new export markets for color dyes (textile, etc.).
  • Manage relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and agents.
  • Handle inquiries, negotiate pricing, and prepare quotations.
  • Ensure compliance with export documentation and shipping.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and QA/QC teams.
  • Attend trade fairs and meetings to generate leads.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity.
  • Maintain comprehensive sales records.
  • Ensure timely payments and resolve disputes.
  • Prepare MIS reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of international trade regulations and export documentation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. 
  • Knowledge of global dye markets and applications.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • Competency in CRM, ERP, and MS Office tools.
