Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executive with a thorough understanding of event and exhibition marketing. The ideal candidate should have a successful history of fostering connections, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue through event marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and engage with potential clients aligned with event and partnership opportunities. - Customize and present marketing pitches based on the specific needs of clients/brands. - Cultivate and manage strong relationships with brands, sponsors, and key stakeholders. - Negotiate and finalize event marketing agreements to achieve revenue goals. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of client commitments. - Stay abreast of industry trends to pinpoint new event marketing prospects. - Generate sales reports and forecasts for management review. Responsibilities and Duties: - Foster and sustain relationships with clients and internal staff. - Attend client meetings, deliver presentations, and maintain minutes of meetings. - Strategically plan to optimize resource utilization and maximize company profits while upholding quality standards. - Implement plans within budget constraints. - Establish, communicate, and uphold timelines and priorities for each project. - Provide leadership, motivation, guidance, and support to the team. - Uphold exceptional customer service and ensure high-quality delivery.
