You are a graduate with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the automobile industry. You should have a genuine interest in cars and be passionate about the automobile industry. Your responsibilities will include providing demonstrations of vehicles, conducting test drives, generating leads by visiting the market, meeting segment clients, and converting leads into sales. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication and negotiating skills, along with a strong customer focus. A 4-wheeler driving license is a must for this position.
