Role: Sales Executive cum Co-ordinator

Key responsibilities:

1. Answer enquiry calls and attend client meetings.

2. Follow up with clients to close deals.

3. Be professional and presentable during meetings (wear company badge and

Dress code).

4. Provide accurate quotations based on client needs.

5. Clarify any doubts about quotations, requirements, or technical specs.

6. Arrange on-site demos for brand clients.

7. Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction.

8. Work with the design team to create designs based on client requirements.

9. Follow up with the backend team for updates on production and inform

clients.

10. Log all enquiry calls in Google Sheets.

11. Update and manage client information and follow up on emails.

12. Help the sales team by calling clients, sharing quotes, and closing deals.

13. Support the team with outdoor meetings and client visits.

14. Share quotations and follow up with potential clients.

15. Maintain an organized list of clients (e.g., hoarding, rental clients).

16. Keep track of client interactions and sales progress.
