We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our in-store sales team. You will be responsible for providing a top-notch shopping experience to customers, helping them find products that meet their needs, and driving in-store sales. Your goal is to build strong customer relationships and consistently achieve sales targets.

• Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, features, and current promotions
• Provide product demonstrations or styling advice based on customer preferences
• Drive sales to meet or exceed daily and monthly targets
• Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally
• Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
• Participate in stock management and inventory counts
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings
• Assist in visual merchandising and product displays
• Requirements: Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Executive, Retail Associate, or similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused attitude with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle pressure
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training or certification is a plus
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a specific retail category (e.g., fashion, electronics, home goods, cosmetics)
• Multilingual abilities are a plus
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as needed
