  • Reaching out to customers: Contacting customers through phones, emails, or social media 
  • Building relationships: Developing long-term relationships with new and existing clients 
  • Negotiating deals: Working with customers to identify pricing and payment options that meet their requirements and align with company goals 
  • Closing sales: Successfully closing sales 
  • Checking in with customers: Ensuring customers are satisfied 
  • Keeping track of actions: Keeping track of who they've talked to and what they've sold 
  • Reporting: Reporting monthly, quarterly, and annually as necessary
