Job Description
-Make outbound calls to potential customers and respond to inbound inquiries.
-Explain product/service details, features, and pricing to customers.
-Maintain customer database and update call records in CRM/software.
-Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales or appointments.
-Handle customer questions, concerns, and feedback professionally.
-Handle routine office work including filing, data entry, and record maintenance.
-Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, couriers).
