? Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Sales Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound leads, managing customer relationships, and ensuring regular sales from wholesale buyers. You must be confident in communication, honest in work, and disciplined in follow-ups.

? Key Responsibilities:

• Convert incoming leads from platforms like IndiaMART and Facebook into regular customers.
• Make calls and WhatsApp follow-ups with potential and existing clients.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat orders.
• Track orders, payments, and customer satisfaction regularly.
• Visit customers if required for building trust and closing bulk orders.
• Maintain sales records and submit daily reports.

? Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG sales preferred.
• Strong communication skills (Hindi & basic English).
• Confident in using WhatsApp, phone, and Google Sheets.
• Ability to handle objections and follow up with discipline.
• Honest, responsible, and eager to grow.

? Salary & Incentive:

• Fixed Salary: ? 10000 per month
• Performance Incentives on new customer conversion and repeat orders
• Bonus on meeting monthly targets
