Job Title: AXIS Bank Sales Excecutive

Location: Dombivli

Shift Timings: Rotational, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Any 9-hour shift)

Weekly Off: One rotational weekly off

.Responsibilities:

• Resolve customer queries regarding banking services.
• Identify customer needs and cross-sell bank products like loans, credit cards, savings accounts, and insurance.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
• Achieve targets related to customer service and cross-sales.
• Follow all compliance and process guidelines.

Eligibility:

• Freshers can apply.
• Minimum qualification: HSC pass (10+2).
• No ongoing studies or college students allowed.
• Age: 18-30 years.
• Language: Fluent in Hindi and Marathi (English is a plus).

Compensation:

• ?16,000/- in hand plus unlimited incentives.

Location & Travel:

• Location: Dombivli.
• Candidates must reside between Thane and Badlapur.
• Candidates from Mumbra are not eligible.

Shift & Off Days:

• Rotational shifts between 8 AM and 8 PM (any 9-hour shift).
• One rotational weekly off.
