Job Description
- Candidates with experience in Chit Fund and Finance industry will be given first preference
- Candidates with minimal of 3yrs experience in the field of Banking/Mutual Funds/Personal Loan/Business Loan/Micro Finance/Mortgage/Gold Loans/Chit Fund/Commercial Vehicle Loan/Construction Equipment Loan may be considered.
- Channel Partner Management / Branch Lead Management
- Candidates will be responsible for overall performance of the branch and revenue.
- Relationship Management with all stakeholders.
- To coordinate for pre and post disbursement activities.
- Ability to comprehend risk inherent to customer business.
- Prompt resolution of customer complaints.
- Team Hiring and Training
- Experience of establishing and maintaining relationships with business managers for managing day to day business
- Ability to establish & maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Ability to effectively communicate & implement policies & procedures.
- Ability to manage team.
