Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and convert them into sales for residential and commercial properties.
• Guide clients through property selection, site visits, negotiation, and closure.
• Handle resale of properties and promote new residential projects (affordable housing, luxury properties, plots, etc.).
• Assist with rental/leased property deals and documentation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Maintain regular follow-up with clients and update CRM records.
• Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams for inventory and pricing.
