• Experience in auto loans and Tractor sales and customer service
• Generate leads, explain loan products, assist with applications, coordinate approvals, and maintain customer relationships

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and identify prospective customers interested in auto loans.
• Explain different auto loan products, interest rates, terms, and eligibility criteria to customers.
• Assist customers in filling out loan applications and collecting necessary documents.
• Coordinate with credit and underwriting teams to facilitate loan approvals and disbursal.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and loan applications in CRM systems.
• Follow up with customers on loan status and payment schedules.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealerships, and referral partners.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes affecting auto loans.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and documentation standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any queries or complaints promptly.
