Job Summary:We are hiring a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for demonstrating products/services, generating leads, and closing sales to meet company targets.

• Key Responsibilities:Identify and reach out to potential customers through field visits, calls, and online platforms
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Keep records of calls, leads, sales, and customer feedback
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and after-sales support
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and market research
• Key Requirements:Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any field
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Willingness to travel as per business needs
• Preferred Skills:Local language proficiency
• Experience in [FMCG/Real Estate/Banking/Automobile/Telecom/etc.] (customizable)
