·        Identify and generate leads through networking, cold calling, online research, and attending franchise expos or industry events.

·        Conduct meetings and presentations to potential franchisees, effectively communicating the brand value proposition and business model.

·        Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, lead nurturing, proposal development, negotiations, and deal closure.

·        Collaborate with the legal, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth on boarding of new franchisees.

·        Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activity using CRM software.

·        Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.

·        Provide regular reports on pipeline activity and performance metrics to management.

·        Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.

Qualifications and Skills:

·        Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

·        25 years of proven experience in franchise sales, business development, or B2B sales (franchise experience preferred).

·        Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

·        Strong understanding of the franchise business model.

·        Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of achieving sales goals.

·        Willingness to travel as required.

·        Walk-in interviews between Monday to Friday (11 am to 5 pm)
