Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, closing sales, and building strong client relationships. This role involves meeting targets, understanding customer needs, and promoting products or services effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, or field visits.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Provide product demonstrations and presentations when required.
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in CRM or logs.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
Keep updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate in any field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
Willingness to travel if the role involves field sales.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer handling.
Familiarity with the industry or product being sold.
