Job Description
Roles and responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to provide information about travel packages, destinations, and offers.
- Handle inbound queries related to travel bookings and services.
Sales and Lead Generation:
- Identify and pursue new sales leads.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by providing excellent customer support.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports as required.
Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
- Ability to handle rejections and remain positive.
- Multilingual skills (preferred for wider customer reach).
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum: High School/Diploma
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
