Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound telecalling, conducting face-to-face client meetings, and following up with leads to drive conversions and meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Telecalling:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally.
- Clearly communicate product/service offerings to potential customers.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for meetings.
- Client Interaction:
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Lead Management:
- Follow up diligently with leads through calls, messages, and emails.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and status updates in CRM or lead tracking system.
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to nurture and convert leads.
- Sales Target Achievement:
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Report daily, weekly, and monthly progress to the Sales Manager.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telecalling or direct sales preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable with fieldwork and in-person meetings.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Fluency in ENGLISH, MARATHI, HINDI
