Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our on-ground sales team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their property requirements, conducting site visits, and converting leads into successful sales. The role demands excellent interpersonal skills, real estate market knowledge, and a passion for delivering client-focused solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through various channels including referrals, field visits, and online inquiries.
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties and investment options.
  • Schedule and conduct property site visits with potential buyers.
  • Provide complete information about projects, pricing, location benefits, and other details.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and provide end-to-end sales support.
  • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and project developments.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with prospective clients.
