Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calling: Making calls to potential customers to introduce products/services, explain features and benefits, and generate interest. 
  • Inbound Handling: Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints via incoming calls. 
  • Sales & Lead Generation: Persuading customers to make purchases, schedule appointments, or convert leads into customers. 
  • Customer Relationship Management: Building rapport with existing and potential clients, and maintaining positive relationships. 
  • Data Management: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, updating databases, and following up on leads. 
  • Product Knowledge: Staying updated on product features, pricing, and industry trends. 
  • Goal Achievement: Meeting daily/weekly call targets and achieving sales or engagement goals. 
  • Complaint Resolution: Addressing customer complaints professionally and providing solutions. 
  • Reporting: Maintaining records of conversations and reporting results to team leads.
