Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Making calls to potential customers to introduce products/services, explain features and benefits, and generate interest.
- Inbound Handling: Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints via incoming calls.
- Sales & Lead Generation: Persuading customers to make purchases, schedule appointments, or convert leads into customers.
- Customer Relationship Management: Building rapport with existing and potential clients, and maintaining positive relationships.
- Data Management: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, updating databases, and following up on leads.
- Product Knowledge: Staying updated on product features, pricing, and industry trends.
- Goal Achievement: Meeting daily/weekly call targets and achieving sales or engagement goals.
- Complaint Resolution: Addressing customer complaints professionally and providing solutions.
- Reporting: Maintaining records of conversations and reporting results to team leads.
- Compliance: Adhering to company policies and scripts during tele calling.
- Market Research: Gathering information about customer needs and market trends.
- Adaptability: Adjusting communication style based on customer cues and situations.
