Job Description
Job Title: Tally Sales Field Executive
Department: Sales & Marketing
Location: Field-based (Mumbai / Navi-Mumbai / Raigad)
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Generation:
- Identify and approach potential clients for Tally software solutions.
- Conduct field visits to businesses, retailers, and service providers.
- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and local networking.
- Demonstrate Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime features and benefits to prospects.
Client Engagement:
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable Tally products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain daily visit reports and sales activity logs.
- Update Sales tracking systems with client interactions.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.
Coordination:
- Coordinate with the support and technical teams for client onboarding.
- Assist in scheduling demos, installations, and training sessions.
Required Skills:
- Good understanding of Tally software and its business applications.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and business operations.
- Familiarity with local geography and market dynamics.
Qualifications:
- Minimum HSC or Bachelor's degree (Commerce or Business preferred).
- Certification in Tally (preferred).
- Experience in field sales or software sales is an advantage.
