Job Description

Job Title: Tally Sales Field Executive

Department: Sales & Marketing

Location: Field-based (Mumbai / Navi-Mumbai / Raigad)

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Lead Generation:

  • Identify and approach potential clients for Tally software solutions.
  • Conduct field visits to businesses, retailers, and service providers.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and local networking.
  • Demonstrate Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime features and benefits to prospects.

Client Engagement:

  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable Tally products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain daily visit reports and sales activity logs.
  • Update Sales tracking systems with client interactions.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.

Coordination:

  • Coordinate with the support and technical teams for client onboarding.
  • Assist in scheduling demos, installations, and training sessions.



Required Skills:

  • Good understanding of Tally software and its business applications.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and business operations.
  • Familiarity with local geography and market dynamics.



Qualifications:

  • Minimum HSC or Bachelor's degree (Commerce or Business preferred).
  • Certification in Tally (preferred).
  • Experience in field sales or software sales is an advantage.
