Job Description
Key Roles of a Sales Executive:-
Lead Generation:
Identify potential customers through networking, cold calling, online research, referrals, and marketing leads.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Sales Presentations & Demos:
Prepare and deliver compelling product/service presentations to potential clients.
Negotiation & Closing Deals:
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients and close sales to meet revenue targets.
Market Research:
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform strategy.
Sales Reporting:
Track and report sales performance, pipelines, and forecasts using CRM tools or sales dashboards.
Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas set by management.
Team Collaboration: Work with marketing, customer service, and product development teams to align sales strategies.
