Job Description

As a Sales Executive in our real estate company, you will play a crucial role in driving property sales and maximizing revenue. Your primary responsibility will be to actively seek out potential clients, build relationships, and guide them through the process of purchasing or leasing residential or commercial properties. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and facilitate transactions to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.


Responsibilities:


  • Prospect, identify, and cultivate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competition, and opportunities for growth.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of clients, real estate agents, developers, and industry professionals.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings, presentations, and tours for potential buyers or tenants.
  • Guide clients through the entire sales process, including property selection, negotiation, contract preparation, and closing.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about properties, pricing, financing options, and market conditions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, legal, and finance, to ensure seamless transactions and excellent customer service.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and foster long-term relationships.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and performance metrics set by the company.


Requirements:


  • Proven track record of success in real estate sales or a related field.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and overcome objections.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Sound understanding of the real estate market, including property values, financing options, and legal requirements.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, sales tools, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field

  • Formulation of marketing plan and establishing tracking result oriented system
  • Ensuring to handle team and maintain a strong with addition of newer projects.
