Job Description

1. Dealer Network Development & Management

  • Identify and onboard new dealers and channel partners in key markets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers to drive consistent sales.
  • Conduct product training, branding activities, and dealer engagement programs.

2. Project Sales

  • Build and maintain relationships with builders, architects, plumbing contractors, and interior designers.
  • Track ongoing and upcoming residential and commercial projects for kitchen sink requirements.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals with project customers.

3. Sales Planning & Execution

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Plan and execute field visits, product demos, and promotional activities.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and market feedback to management.

4. Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and new product launches.
  • Identify market trends and provide suggestions for product and strategy improvements.

5. Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain up-to-date records of leads, calls, meetings, and orders in CRM.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and after-sales support.
