Job Description
1. Dealer Network Development & Management
- Identify and onboard new dealers and channel partners in key markets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers to drive consistent sales.
- Conduct product training, branding activities, and dealer engagement programs.
2. Project Sales
- Build and maintain relationships with builders, architects, plumbing contractors, and interior designers.
- Track ongoing and upcoming residential and commercial projects for kitchen sink requirements.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals with project customers.
3. Sales Planning & Execution
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Plan and execute field visits, product demos, and promotional activities.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and market feedback to management.
4. Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and new product launches.
- Identify market trends and provide suggestions for product and strategy improvements.
5. Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain up-to-date records of leads, calls, meetings, and orders in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and after-sales support.
