Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic and well-spoken candidates with a strong background in sales processes, preferably within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and achieve targets for financial products (loans, insurance, mutual funds, etc.)
• Engage with clients via calls, meetings, or digital platforms
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate financial solutions
• Report daily/weekly sales activity and performance

Requirements:

• Minimum 6months of experience in NBFCs, banks, insurance, or mutual funds
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of financial products and sales techniques
• Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude
