Job description & Responsibilities:-
1. Sales Target Achievement : Achieve or exceed assigned monthly sales targets, ensuring consistent performance.
2. Meetings: Initiate and meeting of potential customers to introduce company products.
3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective meetings and sales calls.
4. Customer Engagement: Engage with potential customers in a courteous and persuasive manner.
5. Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls, emails or Meetings
6. Documentation: Maintain proper records of sales activities, including call logs, sales reports, and customer correspondence.
7. Evaluate customers, needs and build productive long lasting relationships.
8. Should be highly energetic and enthusiastic.
9. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
10. Handling order processing from start to end.
Note: Fresher's Don't Apply & Minimum 3-4 Years Years experience is compulsory
Requirements
1. Two Wheeler Or Four Wheeler is Compulsory, travel allowance will be given.
2. Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role. Proficiency in English, Kannada & Hindi is mandatory and any other south Indian language is added advantage.
