Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic Sales Executives with experience in farmland and open plot sales. The role involves client acquisition, field sales, lead conversion, and site visit coordination to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire potential customers for farmland and open plot projects.
- Conduct field visits, property presentations, and project walkthroughs for clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle: lead follow-up, negotiation, and closure.
- Generate and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and post-sales support.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to convert inbound leads into sales.
- Handle community and corporate sales campaigns, exhibitions, and real estate events.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and pipeline updates in the CRM.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Required Skills & Preferences:
- Minimum 1 year experience in real estate sales (farmland, open plots, or villa projects).
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in Telugu and Hindi; English proficiency is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel frequently for field sales and client meetings.
- Knowledge of real estate documentation and basic legal processes for land sales.
- Ownership of a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in Sales & Marketing is a plus).
- Familiarity with Hyderabad and Telangana real estate markets.
- Experience with farmland investment sales or high-value B2C sales.
